Client responsibilities

- Timely feedback
We guide you through all of this in plain English.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to provide accurate information and high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that:
- Third-party tools will always work
- Hosting providers will never have downtime
- Technology will never fail
We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our control.
