Terms

Terms of Service

By contacting us or starting a project with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your project
  • Communicate openly so we can plan effectively
  • Respect our time and process
  • Use the work we create in a lawful and appropriate way

These terms apply to all of our services.

Project estimates

All estimates are based on the information you provide. If the scope changes, the estimate may change — but we always explain why before moving forward.

Payments

We do not start a project without your approval. Payments for services will be clearly outlined before any work begins.

Intellectual property

You own the content and ideas you provide. You also own the final product we build for you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain ownership of:

  • Our internal tools
  • Our processes
  • Any reusable components we created before your project

Client responsibilities

To complete your project, you may need to provide:

  • Text content
  • Images or branding
  • Access to accounts (domain, hosting, etc.)
  • Timely feedback

We guide you through all of this in plain English.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that:

  • Third-party tools will always work
  • Hosting providers will never have downtime
  • Technology will never fail

We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
